Flat Rate Shipping – Australia Wide

We offer $15 flat rate shipping on all orders, no matter where you are in Australia. Whether you’re in a capital city or a remote area, you pay the same simple rate.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Delivery Time & Couriers

We ship using standard tracked courier services. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch. Regional or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment is fully tracked. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Returns or Refunds

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we’re happy to assist with a return or refund. This applies if:

• The item you received is defective or not as described.
• You received an incorrect item or a wrong quantity.

If any of the above applies, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you’ve carefully reviewed your items before making a purchase.
